STUDENTS EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Each group is required to prepare a daily report. The teacher will submit it for
upload on the school website in a descriptive and reflective format.

2. Each group must compile a report with all members and the teacher after all
activities are completed each day.

3. The report should include:
• General Overview: An overview of the day’s activities.
• School Activities: Details on various lessons and activities at school that day.
• Outing Activities: Information about activities conducted outside the school.

4. The report must include photos from the day’s activities.

5. Reports must be prepared under supervision and receive approval from the
teacher.
